We are looking for a dispatcher with the following skills, qualifications and experience:
Customer service experience;
Enthusiasm and excellent communication skills
Organizational skills, stress and priority management;
Autonomy and proactivity
The chosen dispatcher will be entrusted with the following tasks:
Take service calls by phone and e-mail;
Assess specific customer needs in order to schedule appointments for technicians;
Validate at the end of the day that service calls have been completed;
Validate that technicians are up to date with service calls;
Collaborate with subcontractors and partners for regional service calls;
Deliver customer service that exceeds customer expectations.
