Job description

We are looking for a dispatcher with the following skills, qualifications and experience:

Customer service experience;

Enthusiasm and excellent communication skills

Organizational skills, stress and priority management;

Autonomy and proactivity

Duties and responsibilities

The chosen dispatcher will be entrusted with the following tasks:

Take service calls by phone and e-mail;

Assess specific customer needs in order to schedule appointments for technicians;

Validate at the end of the day that service calls have been completed;

Validate that technicians are up to date with service calls;

Collaborate with subcontractors and partners for regional service calls;

Deliver customer service that exceeds customer expectations.

Conditions and benefits

  • Position available immediately;
  • Permanent position;
  • Daytime schedule from Monday to Friday;
  • 37.5 hours per week; Possibility of working 4 days per week (to be discussed)
  • Salary range from $24.00 and up depending on experience;
